- XL Tibial Nail – Unreamed (dynamic holes) is intended for Tibial Shaft fractures, stable and unstable metaphyseal fractures, non-unions, mal-unions, multifragment and segmental fractures.
- Dynamic holes are designed in an oval shape so that a screw at one end of the oval allows compression of the bone and still controls rotation.
- All proximal and distal holes allow 4.5 mm locking bolts.
