• Proximal Femoral Nails (PFN Nails) are used to fix pertrochanteric, intertrochanteric, high subtrochanteric and transcervical fractures of the Femur.
• The first proximal hole from the top allows 6.0 mm cannulated locking bolt and second hole from the top allows 8.0 mm cannulated locking bolt.
• The third proximal hole from the top and both distal dynamic and static holes allow 4.5 mm locking bolt.
• The rotational stability of the Head-Neck fragment is secured by two screws.
